Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the item (including Saturday and Sunday). Please note: All items can be returned with the exception of earrings due to health and safety reasons. All returns are the expense of the customer. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in in original packaging and in unused condition.
Once the item has been received, it will be inspected. If your refund/exchange has been approved, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
